  • Contract Administration:
    • Develop and implement processes and procedures for contract management and administration in accordance with company policies and best practices.
    • Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from initial negotiation through contract execution, performance, and closeout.
    • Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of services and deliverables.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records, including documentation of changes, amendments, and extensions.


  • Contract Creation and Review:
    • Lead the creation, negotiation, and review of contracts, including construction agreements, subcontractor agreements, vendor contracts, and other legal documents.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project managers, legal counsel, and finance teams, to draft contracts that accurately reflect the scope, terms, and conditions of the agreement.
    • Conduct thorough reviews of contract terms and conditions to identify risks, assess potential liabilities, and propose appropriate modifications or amendments.
    • Ensure that contracts comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.


  • Risk Management:
    • Identify and assess contractual risks, including legal, financial, and operational risks, and develop strategies to mitigate exposure.
    • Advise senior management on contractual matters, providing guidance and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
    • Work closely with legal counsel to address complex legal issues and disputes related to contracts, seeking resolution in a timely and cost-effective manner.


  • Vendor and Supplier Management:
    • Establish and maintain productive relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering collaboration and communication throughout the contract lifecycle.
    • Evaluate vendor performance and compliance with contract terms, addressing any issues or discrepancies as needed.
    • Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with vendors to optimize cost savings and value for the company.

    • Must Have - Good knowledge of the Arabic language
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, contract management, legal studies, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., JD, MBA) preferred.
    • Proven experience 15 years in contract administration, drafting agreements, and reviewing, preferably in the construction industry or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of contract law, legal terminology, and contractual principles.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build consensus and resolve conflicts.
    • Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
