Job vacancy IT Project Manager

Our client is a leading entity in Dubai embarking on an ambitious digital transformation and restructuring program

• Ensure project alignment with IT PMO practices, processes and policies
• Plan, implement and manage IT projects, coordinating stakeholder efforts for efficiency and to avoid duplication of effort
• Onboard vendors with necessary access and facilities for project execution

• Monitor projects against quality, timelines and acceptance criteria, facilitating periodic PMO governance meetings to initiate corrective actions as required
• Develop, enforce, and maintain project governance policies, procedures, risk register, and documentation for audits

• Bachelor's degree is required and familiarity with international frameworks such as ITIL, PMI, or Prince 2
• Proficiency in IT project management and setting up the PMO function, ideally within a construction and/or real estate environment
• Exposure to various technologies including SAP technologies/modules, Azure cloud, CRM and S/4HANA
• Proven experience delivering presentations on project progress to c-suite and board level senior leadership
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
