Job vacancy IT Project Manager - Human Capital Systems

Well - established and highly successful organisation in Abu Dhabi, competing at an international scale.

• Lead and oversee IT projects centred around human capital management systems, encompassing HRIS and talent management solutions
• Collaborate closely with HR teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of IT solutions with human capital management goals
• Communicate project status, milestones, risks to key stakeholders, fostering a transparent and collaborative working environment
• Conduct regular assessments to identify and address project issues, ensuring continuous improvement and optimal performance of human capital systems
• Foster strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, managing contracts and ensuring effective collaboration for successful project outcomes

• Minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience in IT project management, with a specific focus on human capital systems
• A Bachelors degree in a related field. PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
• Proficient knowledge of SAP HCM sub modules such as Organisational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, Payroll-UAE and SuccessFactors (Platform, Learning and RCM)
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and adept at managing supplier/vendor relations
• Technical expertise in HR workflows, data privacy regulations, and system integrations
