Question for Redington Qatar WLL

I have one brand new Dell Tab whichs is hardly used and its brand new! The problem now i am facing is that when it is fully recharged and when i try to start it, it starts and instantly switch off. Can u help me knowing what problem is this? what should i do? Pls help
