Job vacancy Information Security Officer : Abu Dhabi Based

A leading organisation based in Abu Dhabi, going through a growth phase.

• Design, implement, and manage Azure cloud-based security solutions (RBAC, Site Recovery).
• Collaborate with our MSSP for advanced security needs.
• Conduct basic security assessments and participate in initial phases of penetration testing.
• Oversee incident response and ensure swift resolution to security threats.
• Develop and implement robust cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices for the cloud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess security needs, identify vulnerabilities, and establish risk management protocols.
• Integrate security measures throughout the software development lifecycle and demand management process.
• Maintain security controls and ensure alignment with business/security strategy.

• 2-5 years of experience in information security or IT security.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; or relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH preferred).
• Strong understanding of Azure security principles.
• Working knowledge of network security, encryption, identity and access management, and threat intelligence.
• Experience with security assessments, basic penetration testing methodologies, and security governance (RBAC).
• Familiarity with firewalls, network security concepts, and Windows Server administration.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to evolving security threats.
