Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supports in the review and development of the annual workforce plan in collaboration with the divisions/function's heads in line with the established frameworks and guidelines and the approved strategic workforce plan in coordination with Human Capital CoE to ensure prioritising roles that requires hiring
  • Designs, develops and implements TA strategic and operational plans based on the approved workforce plan by leveraging best practices and established guidelines and frameworks to ensure acquiring and growing talent and meeting the organisation's business goals.
  • Builds and develops the talent pipeline to source and attract local and international candidates through various official channels including but not limited to outreach campaigns, career fairs, sponsorships, graduate programs, etc.
  • Manages the efficient and effective implementation of the TA cycle process including but not limited to sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing and assessing candidates in close collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Participates in assessing and interviewing shortlisted candidates and utilises talent assessment tools such as technical/behavioural assessments, psychometric testing and assessment centers to ensure identification of the right capabilities.
  • Reports key KPIs within TA including but not limited to time to fill and source of hire.
  • Leads and implements employment branding initiatives to attract and retain the right capabilities that will enhance the company reputation and achieve the overall business goals.
  • Ensures efficient and effective implementation of the talent acquisition cycle process including but not limited to mobilisation/on-boarding process, transition and probationary period for all hired candidates.
  • Works closely with hiring managers to implement new talent acquisition approaches and provide advice on recruitment 'best practice' to ensure candidate applications meet the quality requirements.
  • Oversees the development all employment offers and ensures that the salaries and benefits follow the approved compensation models.
  • Reviews and manages recruitment agencies' contracts and monitors their performance including but not limited to providing most suitable long and short list of candidates that meets the job requirements.
  • Monitors the adherence to SLA's with internal stakeholders and recruitment agencies.
  • Analyse's recruitment data, metrics and key workforce segments to identify areas of improvement and creates reports to relay key findings with senior management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Overseas the development and implementation of the division's strategic and operational goals and continuously monitor progress towards their achievement.

Key prerequisites for the role include:

  • 10+ years of progressive career experience inclusive of 7+ years management experience or 10+ years of progressive professional experience developed through an internal succession planning process
  • Experience in a large-scale MNC organisation
  • Agency and in house experience ideal
Salary
AED55,000 - AED70,000 per month (AED660,000 - AED840,000 per year) (AED)
