Job vacancy Clinics Manager

A group that operates across multiple portfolios including healthcare.

• Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations of 5 medical clinics (1 in Riyadh and 4 in Qassim) to ensure efficiency and excellence in service delivery.
• Implement best practices for patient care, appointment scheduling, and overall clinic workflow.
• Assess the current organizational structure and processes, identifying areas for improvement.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to revamp the clinics, focusing on enhancing efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Lead initiatives to address weaknesses and implement changes for optimal performance.
• Conduct regular performance analysis of clinics, identifying key metrics and benchmarks for success.
• Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Supervise and mentor clinic staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Provide leadership in recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Collaborate with the Healthcare Director to align business strategies with overall organizational goals.
• Work closely with medical professionals, administrative staff, and external partners to enhance clinic services.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing medical clinics, with a proven track record of successful operations.
• Demonstrated experience in revamping organizations, including restructuring and process optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify weaknesses and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
