Our client in Qatar is looking to hire Learning & Development Specialist

Requirements
▪ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Adult Education, Business Administration, or similar field.
▪ Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification relevant experience in Learning and development as a learning Activator, Project Co-ordinate, or Programme Manager. This must include Administrator experience with Learning Management technology, preferably SAP SuccessFactors, as well as LxPs. e.g. LinkedIn Learning, Degreed, Coursera, Udemy Cornerstone, etc.
▪ Experience in Oil and Gas in similar Roles preferred
▪ Looking for candidates who are locally available in Qatar
