Our client in Qatar is looking to hire Traffic Support Agent

Requirements
▪ High school diploma or equivalent
▪️ Maximum 2 relevant experience in customer service, traffic support, or a related field.
▪️ In-depth knowledge of DTS system operation and maintenance.
▪️ Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
▪️ A valid local driving license.
▪️ Certification in driver training or road safety.
▪️ Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
▪️ Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
▪️ Looking for candidates who are locally available in Qatar
