Job vacancy Cybersecurity Manager

Our client is a fast-growing and successful Financing company, with HQ in Riyadh and a global presence.

The Cybersecurity Manager will be responsible for:

• Establishing the Cybersecurity function from scratch
• Defining and implementing Cybersecurity strategy and roadmap; ensuring strategy is aligned with overall business objectives
• Creating Cybersecurity policies, procedures and processes
• Cybersecurity GRC
• Cybersecurity defence and operations
• Managing Cybersecurity budgets
• Supporting Audit teams to complete cybersecurity audits
• Ensuring cybersecurity is adherent with cybersecurity regulatory requirements such as NCA, SAMA, CMA, etc.
• Cybersecurity awareness program
• Presenting cybersecurity risks and updates to the Audit Committee and Board
• Recruitment and management of cybersecurity team

The Cybersecurity Manager will be/have:

• At least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study (Master's is preferred)
• Relevant Cybersecurity certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CISA, etc.
• 8+ years of Cybersecurity experience, of which at least 4 years must have been in a Cybersecurity leadership role
• Experience in the Financial Services industry
• Experience in launching a cybersecurity function from scratch
• Excellent communications skills; able to interact with and present to senior C-suite stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity risks, technologies and mitigation strategies
• Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity regulations in Saudi
• Based in/willing to relocate to Riyadh
• Willing to travel frequently to offices located globally
