A Saudi Government entity which is working on a large scale environmental project. This entity aims to attain the 2030 vision of Saudi Arabia wherein the country is closer to contributing towards a greener and sustainable planet. The organization is planning and implementing effective programs with best global experts on coral reefs and turtle to train the local talent. Furthermore, the entity aims to promote innovation in environmental conservation by driving research, community engagement, strategic partnerships and effective coordination with other stakeholders


  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to design and construct new facilities or modify existing ones. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Coordinate project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Develop and implement maintenance programs for facility equipment, systems, and utilities. Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Coordinate with internal teams or external contractors for maintenance tasks.
  • Evaluate and optimize energy consumption and utility usage within the facility. Identify energy-saving opportunities, implement energy-efficient practices, and monitor utility usage and costs. Maintain systems for utilities such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards. Develop and implement safety programs, procedures, and protocols. Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and audits to identify hazards and implement corrective measures. Promote a culture of safety within the facility.
  • Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement space planning strategies. Optimize space utilization, including office layouts, storage, and common areas. Coordinate moves, renovations, and expansions within the facility.
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures. Conduct drills and training sessions to ensure readiness for various emergency scenarios. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders, such as security personnel and emergency services, to address emergencies effectively.
  • Develop and manage budgets for facility operations, maintenance, and capital projects. Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize resource allocation. Coordinate with procurement and finance departments for procurement of facility-related goods and services.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors for facility-related services, repairs, or installations. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements. Ensure quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness of services.
  • Stay updated on applicable regulations, codes, and standards related to facilities management, environmental sustainability, and workplace safety. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain necessary documentation and permits.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field. Additional certifications or training in facilities management, project management, or related disciplines are advantageous.
  • Proven experience in facilities management or engineering, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role. Familiarity with building systems, maintenance practices, and construction processes.
  • Strong technical knowledge of facility systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address facility-related issues and challenges effectively.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and contractors.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, codes, and practices in facilities management.
  • Familiarity with sustainability practices and energy-efficient technologies to promote environmental sustainability within the facility.
