As a Private Equity Associate, you will play a pivotal role in executing and managing private equity investments across various sectors. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting financial analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
• Developing financial models and forecasts to evaluate investment returns and risks.
• Participating in negotiations and deal structuring processes.
• Monitoring portfolio companies and assisting in value creation initiatives.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external advisors to ensure successful transaction execution.

• Fluent in Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in closing transactions.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA qualification preferred.
