Job vacancy IT Solution Manager

A Saudi Government entity which is working on a large scale environmental project. This entity aims to attain the 2030 vision of Saudi Arabia wherein the country is closer to contributing towards a greener and sustainable planet. The organization is planning and implementing effective programs with best global experts on coral reefs and turtle to train the local talent. Furthermore, the entity aims to promote innovation in environmental conservation by driving research, community engagement, strategic partnerships and effective coordination with other stakeholders

  Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges. Conduct thorough requirement gathering sessions to capture business and technical requirements for IT solutions
• Design the overall solution architecture that aligns with business requirements and IT infrastructure. Develop high-level and detailed designs, considering factors such as scalability, security, integration, and usability.
• Lead the end-to-end project management process for IT solution implementation. Develop project plans, define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Allocate resources, establish timelines, and monitor project progress to ensure successful and timely delivery
• Provide technical guidance and expertise throughout the solution development lifecycle. Collaborate with development teams to ensure adherence to architectural standards, coding best practices, and quality assurance processes
• Develop change management strategies and plans to facilitate smooth adoption and transition to new IT solutions. Identify potential impacts on business processes, systems, and users. Develop training programs, communication plans, and support mechanisms to minimize disruption and maximize user acceptance

• 
  
  B.A. or B.S. in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
