My client, a public sector organization is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Specialist - Security Solutions (IAM / PAM) to join their team.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective security solutions.
• Develop and enforce identity and access governance policies, procedures, and standards.
• Define roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure least privilege access and adherence to the principle of least privilege.
• Architect and implement Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions to secure privileged accounts and access to critical systems.
• Configure and manage privileged access workflows, session recording, and authentication mechanisms.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on IAM and PAM-related security incidents, investigations, and remediation efforts.
• Collaborate with the Security Operations Center (SOC) team to enhance detection and response capabilities for identity-related threats.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience (4 years) in cybersecurity, with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• In-depth knowledge of IAM and PAM principles, technologies, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with IAM/PAM platforms such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, or similar solutions.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks, standards, and regulations (e.g., NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR).
