  • Provide strategic legal advice and guidance on all aspects of the company's international infrastructure investments.
  • Oversee the negotiation, drafting, and review of various contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to infrastructure operations, joint ventures, acquisitions, and partnerships
  • Manage legal due diligence processes for potential investments and transactions
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in the jurisdictions where the company operates
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including executives, finance, and operations teams, to provide legal support and guidance
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings, disputes, and negotiations with external parties
  • Stay updated on legal developments, trends, and best practices in the industry
  • Build and maintain relationships with external legal counsel and advisors

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience practicing law, with a strong focus on international transactions and infrastructure investments.
  • Previous experience working in a senior legal role within the infrastructure sector is highly desirable.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a reputable law school, with a license to practice law in relevant jurisdictions.
  • Deep understanding of international business and legal frameworks, including contract law, corporate law, and international trade regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing legal aspects of complex international transactions.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a legal team effectively.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
