You will be working for an ambitious mega-city project located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It aims to be a leading global hub for innovation, technology, and sustainable living, encompassing various sectors such as energy, water, biotechnology, and entertainment. The project is strategically positioned to contribute significantly to economic diversification and regional development, incorporating cutting-edge technologies and urban planning concepts.

As a Digital and Data project manager (GRC), you will be in charge of :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to document project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, blockers, success measures, and estimated resources needed.
• Ensure that projects remain in-scope and meet budgetary, scheduling, and quality requirements.
• Create, manage, and distribute project communications artifacts like charters, schedules, and budgets.
• Provide project status updates at predetermined time intervals to all stakeholders.
• Communicate routinely to management, customers, project team members, and other stakeholders, actively soliciting and addressing customer and project team feedback.
• Assist in business development efforts to create project proposals, RFPs, estimates, and schedules.
• Set and monitor project budgets and staffing requirements.
• Ensure adherence to legally binding requirements.
• Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on activities related to the project, including subcontractor monitoring
• Establish key project criteria metrics.
• Develop project control and reporting procedures and manage changes in operational plan
• Plans and leads status review meetings, which may include internal team members, vendors, and customers.
• Responsible for training, managing, and motivating the project team, as well as resolving team conflicts.

Resolve technical and operational issues as required.

  Experience and Education:
  • Over 10 years of experience as a Project Manager, managing project scope, timelines, profitability, and product or service delivery.
  • Experience in managing the delivery of both customer-facing and internally facing products or services.
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business management, or related field.
  • Possession of PMI or PMP certification or a similar accreditation.

  • Knowledge and experience with different project management frameworks, including waterfall and agile.

  Analytical and Technical Aptitude:
  • Solid technical understanding, ability to define and refine requirements throughout the project lifecycle, and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
