• Monitor data quality metrics and initiate corrective actions to address issues and improve data integrity.
• Coordinate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and financial data reporting standards.
• Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on data governance best practices.
• Participate in data lineage and meta-data management initiatives to enhance data trace ability and understanding.
• Contribute to the development of data governance tools and technologies to streamline processes.

• At least 6 years' experience managing data governance operations within the Banking or Financial Services sector.
• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in data governance, data quality management, or related roles within the banking or financial services industry.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
