Confidential government sector project.

Oversee and assist in maintaining financial health of the business and map growth through identifying right opportunities for mergers and acquisitions.

Identify, evaluate, and cultivate mergers and acquisitions opportunities, and oversee the entire M&A process.

Develop significant in-depth industry insight that allows senior management to identify potentially lucrative opportunities ahead of the competition.

Lead negotiations to ensure the most favourable terms and ensure organizational objectives are met.

Advise executives and stakeholders and help prepare presentations and talking points.

Analyze business cases, strategize findings and strategic initiatives.

Analyzing financial statements and reporting metrics.

Significant financial modelling and valuation experience and skill-set.

Experience of managing transactions from initial discussions through to closing.

Ability and confidence to establish credibility and work with senior management.

Highly numerate, with the ability to understand and interpret statutory and management accounts.

Experience of dealing with legal agreements and liaising with external legal advisers.

Bachelors degree in Finance or any other relevant field.

Fluent in English language.
