Job vacancy Finance Director

The group is a multinational advisory firm operating globally - they are hiring a Finance Director for their offices in Dubai.

• Business partner with the global team to implement financial strategies
• Identify areas of improvement and provide counsel to the leadership team
• Prepare deep-dive analysis for the regional operations
• Business partner with external stakeholders such as legislative bodies, local authorities, financial and government bodies etc.
• Prepare board packs and participate/present in board meetings for the budget/FPA process
• Manage and oversee audits, tax, payroll and financial reporting activities
• Manage and develop a team
• Responsible for year on year profit growth and overall operational efficiency
• Business partner extensively with the commercial teams and be part of term negotiation with clients to ensure profitability

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting or related
• Professional accounting qualification such as CIMA, ICAEW is preferred
• Experience within professional services is a MUST; 5-10 years of experience with a multinational is a MUST
• Experience in a people management role is a MUST
