* Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement the organisation's strategic plan, aligning operational activities with overarching educational goals
* Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including administration, facilities, technology, marketing, and student retention
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimise organisational efficiency and effectiveness
* Work with school management to identify operational efficiencies
* Identify and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining high-quality educational programs
* Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
* Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the operational teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
