Job vacancy Strategic Transformation Project Manager

A leading holding group in the region with a diverse portfolio, looking for experienced strategic transformation consultants to realise the full potential

• Conduct "as is" assessments and developing strategic transformation plans, with clear deliverables and time frames in line with the strategic objectives of the entity
• Establishing the appropriate frameworks and processes required to achieve the desired transformation
• Prepare and deliver detailed presentations to provide updates on project progress
• Conduct market research and benchmarking activities, leveraging your findings accordingly in your strategic planning
• Liaise with and influencing key stakeholders to enable full implementation of strategic transformation initiatives

• 3-5 years experience in a strategy and transformation role with an international consulting firm. Middle Eastern experience preferred
• Previous exposure to a broad range of sectors, and comfortable moving between both digital and standard business transformation engagements at pace is essential
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Ability to process large volumes of information and summarise key findings, alongside strong organisational and project management skills
