• Provide expert legal advice and assistance on a wide range of construction-related disputes.
• Manage and oversee construction arbitration and litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research, draft legal opinions, and develop effective dispute resolution strategies.
• Collaborate with partners
• Stay updated with relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices in the Middle East construction sector.
• Maintain and develop strong client relationships

• Qualified solicitor with 4-6 years of PQE, specialising in construction disputes.
• In-depth knowledge of Middle East construction disputes.
• Proven experience in handling complex construction disputes.
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
