Great Authenic Italian Food truly reflecting Italian flavours, something not available in the other pizza shops in doha.

Such rubbish service! Their staff's SO lazy- they dont ever wana work. They close at 11pm everyday even though they claim to do home-delivery till 12 am- Forget home delivery when the clock strikes 11 all of a sudden all their dough go missing and even their riders. So if the dough is missing no problem maybe I can order some pasta and come to pick it up as well but then the excuse changes to "Mam we are actually cleaning, we are closed", really? which pizza place in the right mind shuts down 1 hour before closing to clean? Ugh no wonder yall are running out of business! This is a proper joke!
P.s. they dont even have seats or a family spot. I dont understand how did they even get the license to start a pizza joint here.

HOW WE STARTED:
It all started off with an old fantasy of mine in wanting to have my own restaurant/pizzeria, which with time grew a little bit more and more.
I came to a point where I wanted to make this wish come true.
With time everything became more concrete, and slowly we were building up what seems to be now a real family business.
It took us time to find the perfect ingredients to realize what, in our opinion, is 'the authentic Italian pizza'.
We made very small steps at first, as we were starting to make our way into the Doha Restaurant System.
3 years from the 'Fabio's' opening day, when we look back between ups and downs, we are very happy to what 'Fabio's' is becoming.
Thanks to all of you, with your very much appreciated good comments and your advises with which we still try to make the service close to perfection.
So come visit us, we are waiting for you, and perhaps while waiting for your food we could entertain you with some italian vibe.
