1. It is keralite management. No rules 2. Management does not have knowledge of business activities.
3. Worst place . Somany politics inside.
4. No support.
5. No control on technician staff. Whoever want take good technician and leave no technician to carry out works.
6. Some time gives the pressure to engineers to work like helpers and technician and complete the work without any manpower.
7. No materials provided required for the job. If ask the answer is to provide request 2 to 3 days before.
8. After giving request even 1 week we will not get materials.
9. Poor management.
10. All stupid greedy selfish management.
11. There is one sales and operational manager worst in the world person. He don't know about products. Just foolishly giving torture to staff.
12. Even though company in profit every month is problem of getting salary. Every time getting mail your salary deduction or no salary like mental torture.
13. Staff in the rooms are like street goondas.
14. If you don't want to fall in the trap don't ever join this company. And make any contract with this company.
