• Exhibit dedicated commitment to managing a crucial regional and strategic partner, characterized by high revenue, complexity, and a global presence.
• Apply data analysis expertise to assist in the interpretation and creation of internal metric reports for Senior Leadership.
• Possess extensive reporting proficiency across various platforms, such as PowerBi and Grafana, which can be leveraged both internally and externally in response to specific partner needs.
• Provide leadership and guidance to virtual account teams aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience.
• Be ready to step in and cover for Service Management Leadership when necessary.
• Additionally, collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and partners to develop a customer experience model.

• Possess over 5 years of professional experience in the Satellite and Telecommunications industry.
• Proven track record of successfully establishing and cultivating customer relationship experiences and governance frameworks.
• Extensive background in Satellite Communications and Telecommunications.
• Proficiency in data analysis and experience with analytical tools like PowerBi and Grafana.
