The client is a leading private equity firm specializing in renewable energy and impact investments with a mission to drive sustainable growth and create positive social and environmental impact through our investment strategies.


  • Conduct comprehensive market research and financial analysis to identify attractive investment opportunities in the renewable energy and impact investment sectors.
  • Prepare detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and investment memos to support investment decision-making processes.
  • Assist in the due diligence process, including analyzing industry trends, competitive landscapes, and conducting company-specific research.
  • Collaborate with the deal team to structure and negotiate transactions, including drafting investment documentation, term sheets, and legal agreements.
  • Monitor portfolio companies' performance and prepare periodic reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of investor presentations, fund raising materials, and investor relations activities.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in renewable energy and impact investments.

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field from a reputable university. MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience in bulge bracket investment banks or private equity firms, with a focus on renewable energy, infrastructure, power, impact investments, or related sectors.
  • Strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in analyzing complex financial data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in Arabic, Russian, or Turkish is preferred, in addition to English.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough due diligence and effectively communicate investment recommendations.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of the renewable energy sector, including solar, wind, hydro, and energy storage, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles and impact investing frameworks is a plus.
  • Passion for sustainable investing and making a positive impact on the environment and society.
