Our client is a well-known Private Equity firm based in Dubai, UAE.




  • Investment Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation assessments, to evaluate potential investment opportunities. Assess the attractiveness and viability of target companies, considering industry trends, competitive landscape, growth prospects, and operational performance.


  • Deal Execution: Collaborate with the deal team to drive the execution of transactions. Prepare investment memoranda, pitch books, and presentations for internal stakeholders and potential investors. Support negotiations, deal structuring, and transaction documentation. Coordinate with legal, tax, and other external advisors to ensure smooth deal execution.


  • Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on target companies, including financial, operational, and legal analysis. Evaluate the company's financial statements, business plans, management team, and market positioning. Identify key risks, opportunities, and synergies to support investment decision-making.


  • Portfolio Monitoring: Monitor the performance of existing portfolio companies, including financial and operational performance, industry trends, and competitive dynamics. Prepare regular performance reports and assist in the development and implementation of value creation strategies for portfolio companies.


  • Market Research: Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and investment opportunities in the region. Conduct sector research and analysis to identify emerging investment themes and potential target industries. Assist in the preparation of investment strategies and recommendations.

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
    • 3-5 years' experience in private equity, investment banking, or corporate finance, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) within a bulge bracket investment bank or private equity firm.
    • Strong financial analysis skills, including financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling software, and other relevant tools.
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate investment recommendations and complex financial concepts.
    • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
    • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow within the private equity industry.
